Dr. Kremchek,I just wanted to say one more time thank you for doing such a wonderful job on my daughter Jennifer today. I still can not believe how amazed I was to watch you work today; you are truly an amazing surgeon.  Thank you again.

My son had tommy john at Beacon July 31st, 2007. With hard workand the expert care and advise he recieved from everyone at Beacon he was able to pitch in our high school post season. He made three appearences, faced nine batters,  had 7k's, 1 walk, no hits, 3 saves. This was just enough for some college coaches to notice him again after being out his  entire senior season. Everyone at Beacon was great, I wish I could remember all their names. But I must thank Troy Merckle and Dr. Kremchek. I would like to add that I felt like my son was treated as well as any major league player that  we seen there.

Dear Dr. Kremcheck, Words can not express the gratitude I have for what you have done for my son Joey. He was selected a 17u SWOL all star catcher and will play at the Great American Ball Park this Wed Aug 6th 15 minutes after the Reds Brewers game. This is less than a year from his Tommy John surgery you performed on him last August. Wright State is seriously looking at him. Thank you so much. This is only possible because of you.

My 19 year old son dislocated his elbow last March while snowboarding on spring break. We had lived in the Cincinnati area for less than a year, and didn't know who to use for a doctor in this circumstance. I am delighted we found Beacon. We had our initial appointment within 24 hours of Pete's arrival back in town from the snowboarding trip. During that late Friday afternoon visit he was diagnosed, had an MRI, had a consulting phone call with Dr. K who was in FL at spring training, and received his pre-op screening. The staff stayed later than 5 pm to help us.His surgery was scheduled for 7 am on the following Tuesday - again with Beacon making adjustments to fit with Pete's academic schedule at IU-Bloomington (He has a full ride academic scholarship there and was concerned about minimizing absences from class). I watched the surgery which went off without a hitch, very promptly, and was together with Pete during his rapid recovery and stay in your post-surgical area. The Dr. follow-up was excellent, and we were home by noon where Pete had a meal before returning to Bloomington - and NO he didn't go to class that afternoon, but he was in class the following day. Beacon arranged for his physical therapy in Bloomington and provided excellent follow-up services. Services that were basically on time. I don't believe we waited more than a few minutes beyond our scheduled appointment times - almost unheard of, in a busy medical office. I am rehashing all of this for you largely because I am in the medical business myself (I've spent 18 years with various Orhtopedic companies), and because my profession is quality assurance and regulatory affairs. You should feel very proud of the level of quality you are providing everyday. I have seen many quality systems throughout my work experience, at suppliers, hosptials, medical device manufacturers, regulators and others. I have almost never seen a system that works as well as the one that you have in place. Congratulations on your processes and systems . . . you do a fine job. Thank you very much.
